Subscriptions, fees and grace period

1. Packages
Prices in Egyptian pounds, per month / per year (a year costs ten months): Solo: 390 / 3,900 (one person, one branch, no website or online payments) Starter: 690 / 6,900 Growth: 1,390 / 13,900 Pro: 2,490 / 24,900 What each package includes is on the pricing page. If VAT applies, it is shown on the bill before you pay.
2. Paying for a package
There is no automatic renewal: you pay each period yourself, and we remind you 5 days before it ends. Ways to pay: card, mobile wallet or InstaPay through Paymob; bank transfer or InstaPay to Monaasba's account with a picture of the receipt, which our team checks before the period starts; or from your Monaasba wallet balance. Paying by card, wallet, InstaPay or transfer carries a fee equal to the payment company's charge (2.75% + 3 EGP, plus 14% VAT on that charge), shown before you pay. Paying from the wallet balance carries no fee.
3. Fees on money collected for the shop
On a card or mobile-wallet payment from a shop's customer: Payment company (Paymob): 2.75% + 3 EGP, plus 14% VAT on that amount. Monaasba: 2% + 3 EGP (Pro package: 1.5% + 3 EGP), worked out on the bill's value before any discount. The shop sees both together as "Monaasba fees". Example: a 1,000 EGP payment costs 34.77 + 23.00 = 57.77 EGP, and 942.23 EGP reaches the shop's wallet. The shop may choose to have its customer pay these fees; the customer then sees the total before paying. Withdrawing from the wallet: 1% + 5 EGP, at most 25 EGP per withdrawal. Orders on the shop's website that are not paid online: no fee at present. These fees apply to payments made from 25 October 2026; earlier payments keep the fees in force when they were made.
4. Free trial
7 days, once per shop. When it ends without a paid package, the account becomes read-only at once.
5. Grace period
A shop that has paid for at least one period has 14 grace days for the whole life of its account. When a paid period ends unpaid, the account keeps working normally and uses those days one by one. The days are not given back when you pay. When they are used up, a period that ends unpaid makes the account read-only at once. Monaasba may grant extra days in a particular case.
6. Read-only accounts
You can still sign in, see everything, download your data, pay Monaasba and withdraw your wallet balance. You cannot add or change records; your website stops taking new orders and bookings; shop computers keep work recorded before the account became read-only and refuse work recorded after. Paying restores everything at once.
7. Changing or stopping
To change package, choose it when you pay the next period or ask support. To stop, do not renew; the account becomes read-only and the data retention policy applies.
8. Changes to prices
A higher price or fee is announced at least 30 days ahead and applies from the first period paid after that date. A lower one may apply at once.
