The service

Monaasba is cloud software for bridal, makeup and fashion businesses. A subscription grants use of the software for its period.

Accounts

The business owner is responsible for the phone numbers added for the team and their permissions. Sign-in codes must not be shared.

Subscription & payment

Subscriptions are monthly or annual. After expiry there is a grace period, then the account is read-only until renewal; data is kept.

Online payments

Online payments go through a licensed gateway. Additional fees appear in the wallet. Funds become withdrawable after the published settlement period.

Content

Photos and data uploaded by a business belong to it, and it is responsible for having the right to publish them.

Termination

You may stop your subscription at any time. Monaasba may suspend accounts used unlawfully or against these terms.
